I am so excited to finally share with you our official nursery reveal! I’ve been working on this space for what feels like forever and it feels so good to finally see it all come together!
I worked with Mudpie on a lot of the decor in her nursery and they have been a joy to work with! They have the absolute cutest baby stuff and has definitely become one of my favorite places to shop, especially for baby clothes and baby room decor. If you browse through the baby section on their website you will easily see what I mean. Most of the bookshelf decor and picture frames in the nursery are all from Mudpie and I love how unique and sentimental everything is. Everything is so beautiful and a lot of the decor has the sweetest quotes on them that make me tear up every single time I look at them *pregnancy hormones! ha!*. I was so happy when I saw that Mudpie also carried a good amount of Flamingo themed clothing. As you can see, the nursery is Flamingo themed so I always love getting baby girl anything Flamingo that I can find including clothes for her to wear. I wanted to let you guys know that you can actually use code MUMU20 for 20% off anything at Mudpie. They have a ton of stuff to shop from on their website, not just baby stuff. They have a lot of home decor things as well as women’s clothing!
We worked a lot with my interior designer Bolik and Prince on the design of this nursery. She came to me with the whole room concept/design and is the one who picked out the Flamingo wallpaper and I could not be more thankful to her for that because it is one of may favorite parts about the room! Emily has been a joy to work with and I could not recommend her more if you have any interior design needs in the NC/SC area. She has such an eye for unique pieces and unique designs and she has helped transform our home into our dream home.
Anything that is not linked from the nursery is most likely custom made/sourced from Bolik and Prince Interior Design. She designed and sourced our nursery glider, nursery ottoman, nursery window pillow seat, and pink roman shades. If you have any questions about any of those things, I am sure you could reach out to her on Instagram and she will help you out any way that she can!
I also wanted to note that the heartbeat painting above the bookshelf was custom made/painted for us by Lauren Neville. The painting is based off of her heartbeat sonogram which we had on one of her ultrasound print outs. We simply sent pictures of the sonogram to Lauren and she was able to paint the picture based on the colors we told her we wanted. The process was seamless and it is one of my favorite pieces in the room! If your ultrasound does not have a heartbeat sonogram on it, you can always call your ultrasound tech to see how you can get ahold of yours! To order from Lauren you can either email her or send her a DM on Instagram. We have the 24 by 36 size painting.
It is crazy to think that baby girl will be here any day now! Her exact due date is July 16th and I am so excited to meet her I can hardly wait! Our lives are about to be changed for the better and we couldn’t be more thankful.
