Inside: The day is finally here where I can share our GORGEOUS outdoor space that was a true labor of love!
Oh my GOSH you guys, I can’t believe it’s FINALLY done.
There were some days I thought it would never get done, especially not in time for Cam’s big golf party that he has had planned for over a year!
But we got it done and I am SO excited to share it with you guys right here on the blog!

I can’t get over this view. TOTAL swoon! It came out exactly like I wanted it to!
Most of our furniture is from Serena and Lily and I could not be more thrilled with the quality.
I love all of their stuff and knew that when we were designing our backyard patio that I wanted it to have a calm, relaxing feeling while still feeling like we can host parties here when the time comes.
I can not tell you how much use this has already gotten and this space hasn’t even been done a full month!
I added some gorgeous throw pillows from Serena and Lily and they add the perfect touch for our outdoor space.
Don’t you just LOVE the color of that ceiling? I feel like it ties everything together so well and gives it a look of classic, southern charm.
Of course I couldn’t leave Cam out haha.
We had to have a TV out here (or 2) for anytime we want to watch anything or when we are hosting friends for a sports party like our golf party we had this year or the Superbowl.
We have to give this tiny little kids table a moment because can you even?
These super sweet kids’ chairs around this table make the perfect addition for Harper and her friends or family that come over to play!
On the uncovered portion of our backyard patio, we have a dining table and my favorite part – our outdoor grill area.
I love having the outdoor kitchen setup we have so that we can cook and just bring things right to that outdoor table.
Living in Charlotte has its perks and one of those is weather. A good amount of the year we can dine outside during the day or at night and I can not WAIT to use this in the warmer months next year watching our babies play.
AH! Can’t believe we will be having another sweet baby this time next year to get to play around with Harper!
We added some seating at the bar area by the grill and then some oversized rocking chairs so we could have plenty of options for seating.
We wanted to be really sure that whether we had a few people or a ton of people that there were plenty of places to sit and be comfy!
I’m OBSESSED with these oversized rocking chairs I found from Wayfair. Holy cow. Aside from our swinging daybed, this is most definitely one of my favorite spots.
There were so (SO SO SO) many times this construction totally stressed me out and made me want to scream, but now that we are done, I am just so glad we get to make some amazing memories out here in the years to come!
